After taking a deep breath, she eventually replied, ‘…Thank you, Stefan… Honestly, I wasn’t expecting him to publicly announce our relationship like that… Either way, I’ll be sure to handle myself properly. That aside, how are you? Is your stomach doing any better?’

‘I’m fine, don't worry about me. That aside, I’m a bit busy now so you take care, alright?’

‘You too,’ replied Xavia as she stared at the message log for the longest time before closing her eyes. She truly hoped that Stefan would be able to find his own happiness…

Unbeknownst to Xavia, Stefan was gravely ill, and he was currently being hospitalized…

Whatever the case was, Xavia finally snapped out of it when she heard a familiar voice say, “Xavia?”

It was Cara. She, for one, hadn’t heard of the public announcement yet, and she was currently holding a hoe. Happily walking up to Xavia, she then said, “You’re finally back! It’s been lonely without you around. That aside, I’ve made sure to keep your land and yard all spick and span during your absence!”

Though it was clear that Cara was simply asking to be credited, Xavia couldn’t be bothered to hold any grudges against her. As long as that woman did as she promised, then Xavia didn’t mind allowing her to stay.

With that, she ultimately replied, “Good job, and thank you. Just a heads up, but I’ll be resuming the shoot from today onward. With that said, I’m heading off to prepare the site and check on the crops now…”

Watching as Xavia headed off to do just that, Cara made sure to follow to help her out… However, it wasn’t long before her phone began receiving several messages. All of them were… congratulating her?

Fast forward to that night, Xavia was taking a shower when a prestigious man stepped into her yard… When Cara saw him, her eyes widened as she exclaimed, “Y-Young Master Burton! Are you here to meet Xavia? She told you to head in once you arrived! Also, I plucked some fresh oranges earlier, so just give me a moment as I make you some nice orange juice!”

Disregarding Cara’s enthusiasm, Zivon then headed straight for Xavia’s bedroom… and upon arriving, he was greeted by the sight of Xavia exiting the shower, a towel wrapped around her…
