Her train of thought was cut short when a smiling Dolly who was still in her pajamas said, “You’re finally home, Xavia! Though… Why are you blushing so much? Something on your mind?”

Looking at the woman who had just woken up, Xavia quickly hid her phone behind her while replying, “I-it’s nothing… That aside, let’s start getting ready to shoot! Wonder when Bianca’s coming over…”

Raising a slight brow, Dolly replied, “…Something’s off with you. Let me guess… you had a romantic moment with Young Master Burton last night and you’re getting all fuzzy thinking about it again, right?”

“N-nothing happened between us!” retorted Xavia.

“…What? But that’s impossible!” grumbled Dolly as she began scanning Xavia from head to toe… Only to realize that the woman wasn’t lying.

After all, there weren’t any hickeys or bruises on her… Hell, she wasn’t even struggling to walk! Stumped with her observation, Dolly then added, “…How odd… Why would he have wasted such a perfect night? Does he have that dysfunction or something…?”

“Dolly! I gave birth to Yulia and Maison thanks to him! There’s no way he’d have that problem! In fact, he’s pretty good at it, I’d say-” replied Xavia before stopping halfway. What the hell had she just said in his defense?!

“…God damn it, talking to you always ends up with me saying things like this!” grumbled Xavia.

“Hey, you’re the one who said it! Though… if he’s as good as you say, why didn’t you try eating him up last night…?” replied Dolly with a chuckle as she held the horrified Xavia’s hands.

What the hell was this woman even saying?! Before Xavia could retort, however, Dolly quickly added, “Jokes aside, why didn’t you sleep with him last night? I’ll have you know that I was already ready to purchase pregnancy supplements for you last night!”

Once they were all dried at noon, she peeled the outer layers before tossing the beans into some water. Following that, she ground them into a paste using a stone mill… and with that paste, she soon began making some soy milk, soy pudding, and tofu.

As she was cooking, however, a thought suddenly came to mind. Though beans and beanstalks came from the same roots, why were they so keen on harming each other? It made her think about what she had told Jenna earlier…

Even though Jenna kept harming her, Xavia had continued wishing that her sister would repent for the longest time… Alas, that day never seemed to come, and it was honestly extremely disappointing…

Just as she was wondering whether she’d ever be able to experience sisterhood, Xavia heard Bianca say, “Making tofu sure is harder than I initially thought! Still, I’m excited that we’re finally shooting this!”

Dolly herself was quick to add, “That’s nice and all, but she has a date with Young Master Burton tonight! With that said, follow me and let me dress you up already!”
