Smiling helplessly at the lying woman, Zivon played along and said, “Very well, though I do hope that you’ll be more careful when getting out of the car next time… I’ll be tending to Xav’s wounds first, Mom.”

Wendy, for one, could tell that they were lying. After all, she had heard them laughing before she even bumped into them. Even so, she was happy that her son was now able to be so close with someone else. No longer did he need to be alone…

Instantly going redder than a tomato, the embarrassed woman grumbled, “…Are you preparing the surprise or not? I won’t sleep with you if it doesn’t impress me, you know…?”

Chuckling in response, Zivon then kissed her on the lips before saying, “Alright, rest well and expect to see a wonderful surprise…”

With that said, he left the room. Sighing in relief, Xavia had just started fanning herself to cool herself down when her phone began ringing…
