Shaking his head, the smiling man then began wiping her feet dry with a towel… and once he was done, he gave each foot a gentle kiss! Though he had kissed many parts of her body before, this was the first time he was kissing her feet… and it signified just how much he respected and cared for her!

Just as the touched woman was about to say something, the ward’s door swung open… revealing Zayne and two nurses!

After a long silence, the nurses eventually exclaimed, “O-oh my! It seems that we came at a bad time…!”

“I-indeed! Still, what a rare sight to be able to see Young Master Burton kissing Miss Lockhart’s feet…!”

“Right?! He’s so sweet and gentle!”

Their comments simply made Xavia blush even harder, and she quickly said, “I-I’m heading off to pour the water!”

Zivon himself remained cool as a cucumber. After all, he didn’t mind being caught kissing his woman’s feet. Getting up, he then turned to look at Zayne before asking, “Here for my second examination?”

Finally snapping out of it, Zayne sighed before walking up to Zivon’s side and saying, “…Yep. All the other doctors are terrified of you, you know? Because of that, I have to take care of everything when it comes to you… From pediatrics, to common medicines, and even cardiology! I’m only a surgeon, you know? Why have I ended up becoming a jack of all trades?!”

He, for one, was still pissed at Zivon. Sure, he could take a punch to the face, but did he seriously need to get his father involved?! Ian hated blind dates with a passion, and he was desperately trying to separate Xavia and Zivon!
