Once the driver had dropped Xavia and the kids off at Zivon’s villa, the children gave each other high fives! Seeing that, Xavia couldn’t help but smile as she said, “That was some pretty convincing acting! I’ll give both of you lollipops later!”

Scratching the back of his head, Maison grinned as he replied, “But of course! We’d do anything to meet up with Daddy!”

“Yeah, what Brother Maison said!” said Yulia. It was now clear that they had all collaborated just to meet up with Zivon!

As Xavia had previously said, she had been trying her best to figure out a way to meet up with Zivon… and it was on that morning when she realized just how much Ian adored the kids. That got her thinking about her current plan, and in the end, she told the kids about it, which landed them in their current situation.

Honestly, since Zivon had paid her a surprise visit earlier, she had considered not proceeding with the plan. However, Yulia really wanted to meet up with Zivon, which was why they had gone on with the plan anyway…

Her train of thought was cut short when Yulia asked, “Mommy, why does Uncle hate Daddy so much…? Daddy’s so handsome and kind!”

“He’s clearly a villain for not wanting us to see him!” scoffed Maison.

Patting both of them on the head, Xavia replied, “He’s not a villain… After all, he’s still allowing us to meet your father. There’s just a misunderstanding between them at the moment… Once that’s dealt with, I’m sure they’ll be able to get along again. Until then, however, we’ll have to act as mediators between them.”

Upon hearing that, Maison exclaimed, “Yeah, but I’m sure Mommy missed you most! In fact, she missed you so much that she couldn’t sleep properly! You should know that she even told us to pretend to throw tantrums just to get Uncle to let us meet up with you! Despite that, you still haven’t hugged her…”

…Though the boy was telling the truth, it was still embarrassing to have him say it out loud! Quickly averting her gaze as Zivon turned to look at her, she heard him say, “Well, she’s an adult, so I’m sure she can wait for a bit…”

…Why was he saying it like she desperately wanted to hug him? Just as she was about to grumble, she couldn’t help but notice the frozen nuggets on the table. Raising a slight brow, Xavia asked, “…Is this the kind of food you’re having these days?”

When they realized what Xavia was talking about, the worried kids were quick to add, “Daddy, don’t tell us that this is all you’re eating…”
