Delighted to hear that, Xavia handed the tablet back to Ian before smugly saying, “See? He really isn’t as bad as you’re trying to make him seem.”

Watching as she ran downstairs, Ian couldn’t help but feel pissed. He was only doing all this because he cared for her. What was with that attitude! It didn’t help that Homer and Yasmin soon added, “…You should really stop trying to pick a fight with him… Your sister loves him, so just get along with him, alright…? Now let’s head downstairs…”

Moving back to Zivon, he was currently standing in the living room, looking as prestigious as ever. In his hands was a bouquet of fresh flowers, and with blue hydrangeas, pink roses, white lilies, and many other colorful flowers in the mix, it was truly a feast for the eyes.

Looking at him with sparkling eyes, Xavia asked, “Um… What brings you over, Von…?”

Smiling subtly, Zivon replied, “I finished work a bit early, so I had some time to think about everything that had happened… Since you’ve finally reunited with your family, I decided to get you this colorful bouquet of flowers, symbolic of your future being just as bright…”

With how considerate and attentive he was, Xavia felt her heart melt as she replied, “…Thank you, Von… I was already very happy today, but somehow, you’ve managed to make me even happier!”

Regardless, upon arriving at the children’s room, she was about to call out to them when she realized that they were already fast asleep. With that in mind, she placed a finger over her lips before gesturing for him to come over.

When Zivon saw the peacefully sleeping children, he couldn’t help but smile before whispering, “All tuckered out, huh… Come on, let’s leave them be…”

Nodding in response, Xavia then led Zivon back to her room. After placing the flowers on her bedside drawer, Xavia said, “Guess I’ll have the pleasure of breathing in flowery scents tonight… Thank you, Zivon…”
