Shaking her head, she continued trying to push him off while whimpering, “C-can we please do this later…? When we’re not in public at least…?”

Though Zivon was clearly unwilling to stop now, he couldn’t bear hearing how desperate she was. With that, he took a deep breath before pressing his forehead against hers and growling, “…Fine.”

It was at that moment when a knock was heard at the door, and this prompted Zivon to pull his tie off as he returned to his seat. Thankful that he was cooperating, Xavia fanned herself before quickly slipping her mask on and getting the door…

“Good evening, your meals are ready. Would you like your meals to be served now?” asked the waiter, clearly implying that he knew that he was possibly interrupting them. After all, not only had they reserved a private room, but they had even locked the door.

Blushing slightly when she recalled Zivon’s earlier kiss, Xavia shook her head before saying, “W-we’ll be eating now… Sorry, we were having a discussion earlier…”

The fact that she felt the need to explain herself made it clear that that was a lie. Even so, the waiter didn’t think too much about it, and he quickly left after serving the food. Once things had settled down a bit, she remembered just how expensive her food was…

Feeling slightly guilty, she was prompted to mutter, “…You worked so hard to earn so little… Yet you spent so much of your earnings on me… Had I known that you were going to overspend like this, I would’ve told you to bring me out for some Spanish cuisine instead… Either way, this lamb tastes out of this world! I’ve had lamb before, and that was nothing like this!”

Finally realizing just how sweaty her palms were, she quickly replied, “I-it’s probably because of what I ate earlier! That aside… How's your hand looking? Do you need me to rebandage it or anything…?”

“…I’m going to bleed and get sweaty in the process anyway, so we may as well deal with that once we’re done,” said Zivon, instantly prompting Xavia to clench her fists. Thinking back, he had said something along the lines of, ‘throughout having his way with her in his mind’ back then… So despite his gentlemanly appearance, copulating was most definitely the only thing on his mind right now!

The thought of that made her increasingly anxious, but she couldn’t deny that she wasn’t looking forward to it either. Alas…
