Regardless, the woman had a pink, tight-fitting dress and a white fur coat on, both of which helped to accentuate her enticing legs and neckline. Upon seeing Zivon, she instantly attempted to get up… only to yelp as her legs gave in!

…Oh? To think that he’d know about the café’s signature dessert! Looks like he had done his homework before coming over… Fighting the urge to smile, the waiter simply nodded before rushing off.

Fiona herself was quick to ask, “…Only plain water for you? That aside, why are you wearing such ordinary clothes?”

“Now, or I’ll leave…!” interrupted Zivon with a snarl, instantly prompting the aggrieved Fiona to roll her wheelchair over to the other side.

Once she was there, she sighed before muttering, “…You know, after I got out of jail, I quickly learned that you were in Stroze. That alone was enough to get me to fly over the second I could… To think that you still treat me this coldly…”

“I’m grateful for your help. Otherwise, I would’ve died there. With that said, what do you want aside from money? I’m fine with doing anything else as long as it’s reasonable,” replied Zivon in a courteous tone.

“…It wasn’t like I was expecting anything in return… I just didn’t want to lose you! That aside, is there really a need to treat me like a stranger? Since you brought this up, however… Very well. I hope you’ll agree to let me stay by your side for the next twenty days for a chance to win your heart over.”
