“Be sure to serve her well…! If you do, then I’ll reward both of you generously!” declared Zivon before exiting the room…

Shortly after, miserable scream after scream could be heard coming from the cell… and though her terror-filled voice echoed down the halls, Zivon remained as icy as ever, not even bothering to turn back.

Seeing that, Nathan couldn’t help but shiver. Destroying one’s body was one thing, but destroying their mind as well? That was pure torture… By the time the two were done, the woman barely had an additional scratch on her. Despite that, she looked like she had suffered a million deaths… How truly horrible…!

It was eleven that night when Zivon finally left the jail. Exuding an aura that could only be comparable to that of a demon lord, he took a deep breath before giving Chace and Zayne a call…

He invited them both to hang out at the penthouse, and upon arriving, he saw that the table had already been filled with wine bottles and cigarette packs.

When Zayne showed up and saw what was on the table, his eyes widened as he exclaimed, “The hell? If you’re planning a mass suicide, leave me out of this!”

Upon hearing that, Chace added, “Yeah… I need to stay away from alcohol and smoking too. Between us, I’m preparing to have a shotgun marriage…”

“…What? Where the hell did that come from?” asked the astonished Zayne.

“Look, I’m out of options, alright? Since I can’t get her back, I’ll have to use some trickery!” grumbled Chace, leaving Zivon speechless.

“…If you two get drunk, I’ll simply toss you out into the streets,” grumbled Chace.

Despite his warning, however, Zivon simply began drinking glass after glass, puffing on cigarettes between every sip. Though he didn’t really like drinking or smoking, he was truly restless about the recent events, and this was the only way he could vent his frustration…

Though Zayne was a better drinker than Zivon, he was already starting to get dizzy after half an hour of drinks. Even so, Zivon hadn’t stopped, and this prompted him to place a hand over Zivon’s shoulder…

“…Hey, drinking won’t solve your issues, and I feel like I’m going to pass out soon… If she made you angry, then just teach her a lesson and she’ll behave… Won’t that make you happier than this…?”
