“…I mean, you’re not making a fuss even though you know I’m meeting up with Fiona. In fact, you don’t seem to mind at all, and I don’t really like that…”

Confused by his logic, Xavia replied, “…What? I already know that you don’t have any feelings for her, and besides, I also know that you’re only going over to deal with your wounds. With that said, why should I be mad?”

Though she was right, it gave off the impression that she didn’t care that much about him, and it pissed him off. With that, he ultimately muttered, “…Even so, you should at least be a bit more possessive…”

Realizing what he wanted, Xavia sighed before saying, “…Fine. You’re only allowed to be with her for an hour, and following that, you’ll head home and tell me everything that you two talked about. How’s that?”

“That’s more like it,” replied Zivon as he gently pinched her nose before starting to pull her in another direction…

“H-hey, where are you taking me?”

“You’re coming along,” replied Zivon.

“W-what?! You’re just going there to have a chat! What purpose will I serve there…?” asked the helpless woman who was unfortunately not strong enough to stop him from dragging her all the way to the café. Once there, he sat her in a booth, and even ordered her some fresh juice and black pepper steak…

“The food here is pretty good, so make sure to savor it.”

Though Xavia had meant well, Fiona registered her words as a taunt. It didn’t help that Xavia had said that Zivon insisted on bringing her along! Clenching her fists, Fiona forced a smile and said, “…Of course. That aside, you should know that I’m only here to treat his wounds.”

Upon hearing that, Zivon replied, “Hand me the medicine. Xav has agreed to come to my place every night from now on, so she can handle it instead.”

Naturally, Xavia’s eyes went wide when she heard that. When the hell had she promised him that? While it was true that she had planned to do so anyway, why was he saying all this in front of Fiona?!

Understandably aggrieved, Fiona replied, “…Zivon, hasn’t our relationship grown better recently…? I’ve already been treating you for so long, so what’s the harm in me continuing to do so…?”
