Watching as everyone in the crowd began staring intently at her, Xavia couldn’t help but blush. After clearing her throat, she awkwardly muttered, “U-um… Basically, there was a time before marriage when Brother put Zivon through several tests just so that he could prove how much he truly deserved me… Anyway, we didn’t talk for quite a while, and I ended up overthinking quite a bit…”

“To prevent myself from getting too depressed, I practiced dancing every second that I could…” concluded Xavia.

It took her a while, but the host eventually replied, “…So what you’re saying is that you ended up practicing much more than you had to just to not think about Young Master Burton until he returned? Because you missed him that much?”

Naturally, the audience immediately began cheering again after hearing that!

This, of course, made Xavia regret mentioning Zivon in the first place! Just why had she decided to bring him up out of the blue?! Not wanting to wallow in such embarrassment anymore, the blushing woman was quick to reply, “A-anyway, I think it’s high time that the ceremony resumed! I hope everyone has a pleasant evening!”

With that said, Xavia then began waving her hands as she walked off the stage. Alas, even as she was trying to leave, she heard several of her fans yelling things like, “Amazing performance, Xavia! Three cheers!”

Meanwhile, Zivon himself had a smile on his face as he stared at Xavia leaving through his laptop… The truth was, he and quite a few of his lab colleagues had been tuning in to her live broadcast, and now that everything was over, his colleagues immediately took the chance to tease him!

“What a great dancer! I guess it’s thanks to her missing you so much that she’s gotten to where she is right now, huh, Teacher?”

“Right? She’s so romantic to have confessed all that before a live audience!”

“Careful now, Teacher. I can already sense how envious everyone already is!”

“…You know what? Maybe you should all just work till six in the morning…” interrupted Zivon with a slightly raised brow… and within seconds, his colleagues had all rushed out without another word. After all, they all knew that he was a man of his word, and they weren’t about to challenge that fact!

Regardless, now that everyone was gone, Zivon sighed before resuming work. Just one month… After that, he’d be able to dance as much as he wanted with her…

His train of thought was eventually cut short when his phone began ringing… It was a message from Whitney.

‘Hey, how much longer do you plan on working overtime…? Do you need me to come pick you up…? I’ve made some delicious meals for you, you know…?’

Though that pissed him off, he couldn’t help but realize that he had missed a few messages from Ian as well… And to his surprise, Ian had sent him several videos of Xavia during the event.
