Upon hearing that, the commander clenched her walkie-talkie before commanding, “Check for survivors! Stat! Once you’re done, evacuate immediately!”
“Roger that!”
His train of thought was cut short when a deafening explosion echoed throughout the area… and seconds later, a fireball shot up into the air! The bus had exploded!
As panicked screams filled the air, the commander could be heard yelling, “Where’s the rescue team?! Did they make it up in time?!”
“They’re ascending with the two survivors! It seems like they’re fine!”
When they heard that, Ian and Zivon were quick to walk over to the slowly descending helicopter that had just emerged from the clouds of billowing smoke…
