Who the hell was this woman?! Though shocked, the guard was quick to yell, “S-Sir! This isn’t Whitney! I repeat, Whitney isn’t in prison!”

“What are you guards even paid for…?! Start a search for her! Leave no stone unturned…!” roared Zivon.

“Y-Yes, sir!”

After hanging up, Zivon couldn’t help himself from giving Xavia’s phone a call. He knew that the guard had already said that he couldn’t contact her, but he simply couldn’t resist the urge to try for himself!

As expected, the voice went straight to voicemail, and after cursing under his breath, he activated the tracking system tied to her phone… only to realize that the phone was still at the lab! Could she still be at the lab? Was she simply in an area in the lab that couldn’t receive phone signals?

Unsure what to even think, he simply sped all the way back to the lab. After getting out of his car, he followed the red dot on his phone… and as it turned out, the phone had been turned off and tossed into the garden! The kidnapper must have thrown her phone there to avoid detection!

In his rage, he gave the wall an extremely hard punch… but even though his knuckle was all red in the end, he couldn’t feel pain at all. Not with how angered he was currently feeling…! How stupid of him to have left her behind like that…! She wouldn’t be in this situation if only he had stayed by her side…!

…Fucking hell, she had been playing them like a fiddle this entire time! Clenching his fists, Zivon then ordered, “…Offer a bounty of a million dollars on the black market to locate Whitney! And another million dollars to bring Xavia back safe and sound…!”

Naturally, this startled Nathan. After all, though money was no issue for Zivon, two million dollars was still a lot! Then again, it showed just how much he loved his wife! In the end, Nathan simply nodded before doing as he was ordered…
