Ian, of course, knew that Zivon simply didn’t want his sister to worry, so he ultimately chose to just head off. However, when he noticed Xavia trying to follow him out, he was quick to say, “I’m leaving because I have no further business here. You, however, need to stay. Actually, go help Zivon sort his things out instead.”

Upon hearing that, all Xavia could do was sigh before muttering, “You know, if people didn’t know any better, they’d surely think that Zivon was your brother instead…”

Following that, she hurried over to Zivon’s office… and upon arriving, she was greeted by the sight of all sorts of neatly arranged specimens and documents. What’s more, there was a subtle scent of disinfectant all over the place… In other words, this place was perfect for Zivon.

As she was looking around, she heard Zivon suddenly ask, “Didn’t I tell you to wait back there?”

Quickly turning to face him, Xavia replied, “Brother told me to help you out, so… Anything you need help with?”

Upon hearing that, Zivon couldn’t help but clench his fists. After all, it was evident that she had only come over because Ian had told her to! Following a short pause, he eventually replied, “…It’s fine. You’re pregnant, so just sit still.”

“…Hey, it’s almost like you think pregnant women are disabled or something… Anyway, just let me do something before Ian comes over to nag me again…” muttered Xavia with a sigh.

Putting his documents down, Zivon then walked up to her before saying, “Do you really think he told you to come over just for the sake of helping me…?”

“…I mean, it’s clear that he wants me to show more care for you… At the end of the day, he just wants us to be closer again.”

“…It’s because you’re never serious…” grumbled Xavia, leaving Zivon feeling rather helpless. Just what was he going to do with this adorable woman… In the end, he placed the calendar back on his desk before flipping his laptop on.

“Regardless, since you’re already here, I may as well show you a glimpse of how we used to be in the past…”

Raising a slight brow, Xavia couldn’t help but peek at the screen as the smiling Zivon added, “Here, just take your time watching it as I sort things out…”

After Zivon turned to leave, Xavia stared at the unplayed video on the screen… Was it a compilation of memories similar to what Jennie had previously shown her…? Curiosity got the better of her in the end, and she took a deep breath before clicking on the video… but to her surprise, it was a video showing both her and Zivon in this very office!
