This left Xavia slightly startled. What was he thanking her for? Before she could ask, however, Zivon quickly added, “Anyway, let’s head home for now.”

Knowing how mad he was probably feeling, Xavia simply nodded with guilt. Oh, if only she hadn’t left her phone behind…!

Moving onto a luxurious-looking condominium, the garments of two individuals could be seen scattered across the floor… and the fact that a pantyhose had been ripped clean in half revealed just how intense last night had been.

Eventually, the ringing of a phone broke the silence… and though she was still sleepy, Dolly groggily picked up and asked, “Hello…?”

“Where are you? We need to meet.”

“Well, that almost happened.”

“Please, just what can he do to me?” scoffed Zayne. Though it was true that he always kept a carefree persona, the fact remained that he was the Xenos family’s heir. He wasn’t about to let anyone get in his way!

Shaking his head, he then stared at the speechless Dolly for a while before asking, “…What? You really don’t want him to learn about our relationship? Are you worried that he’ll get jealous…?”

Watching as Dolly shook her head, Zayne couldn’t help but smile before kissing her forehead. Alas, his good mood was quick to fade when he heard her ask, “…Um… Just to clarify, I thought we were just having a one-night stand…”

Clenching his fists, Zayne eventually growled, “…Come again…?! Do you really think that you can just say that after what we did and talked about…?!”
