As Zivon continued moving forward, Xavia found herself momentarily stirring from her unconsciousness… Despite how blurry her vision was, she was able to make out the man’s extremely anxious face… Frowning slightly, she wondered whether she was dreaming. After all, there was no way he would be this worried about her outside of her dreams…

Regardless, after they left, the mansion became deathly silent… leaving Jenna slightly confused when she finally left her room. She, for one, had heard a plethora of noises just moments ago… What on earth had just taken place?

“Zivon…?” called out Jenna… but there was no response.

After looking around and not finding anyone, Jenna’s eyes glinted as a smug smile formed on her face. Since Zivon wasn’t around, she could continue staying here till he returned… Which meant that she could take all the pictures of this place as she wanted!

This manor was by far the most luxurious living space on Darlsbury hill. It was difficult for ordinary city folk to own such a huge chunk of land, so it went without saying that being able to live here was a great symbol of status and power…

Regardless, as Jenna began posting about the manor, outbursts of envy and excitement soon filled the internet…

Zivon, however, couldn’t care less since he was still busy dealing with Xavia. After getting to the hospital and waiting for a bit, the doctor was able to diagnose that she had acute pneumonia, and even acute appendicitis! The fact that these two diseases had manifested together meant that Xavia was currently experiencing a world of pain!

Even after undergoing surgery, Xavia remained unconscious, sweat flowing endlessly from her forehead and her brows knit tightly. Looking at how severe her condition was, Zivon couldn’t help but frown as he asked, “What’s the situation like?”

Lowering his head, the doctor then respectfully replied, “…From what we can tell, her inability to wake up is the reason why she’s hurting so much, and why her antibodies are rapidly decreasing. In other words, her only hope of survival is by regaining consciousness…”

“P-please hear me out, Young Master Burton…! Her body was fine this morning and we only thought that she was ill due to her inability to wake up at the time…! However, people normally regain consciousness after twelve hours, and since that didn’t happen, it prompted me to run another test on her…”

“N-now, about the virus… It’s quite rare, so not much is known about it… We’re still not sure what prompted it to show up, but whatever the case is, we need to set up a group of specialists the second we can! As a safety precaution, I highly recommend that the patient be transferred to Dalton Hospital since they have a medical research center there… The virus is a big deal that needs to be reported, Young Master Burton, so please give us permission to do it…!”
