Pulling her closer to him, Zivon then calmly said, “I already had a feeling that it was you back when you massaged my forehead in the car. I could also tell that it was you the following night simply because of the way you spoke, and that porridge you made. Also, only you would’ve been capable of feeding me sleep powder.”

Zivon never faltered as he gave his explanation, which meant that he was telling the truth… Though shocked by this revelation, Xavia quickly realized something else.

“…So… If you knew that was me this entire time… Then did you do all that just to piss me off…?!” replied Xavia.

To her dismay, Zivon simply replied, “You could say that.”

In the end, Zivon replied, “…So you doing to me is fine? Just so you know, I was just as devastated as you currently are.”

Immediately turning to face him, Xavia growled, “That’s not the same! I was leaving you thinking that you’d get a better life without me dragging you down all the time! You, on the other hand, were trying to drive me mad! You suffered because of my good intentions, yet I suffered because you wanted revenge! How is that the same?!”

“Good intentions? Had I not told you to stay time and again before this? Or had you never listened to a word I said?” replied Zivon with a raised brow.

“…Are you saying… that all this is my fault…?! That I deserve to be driven mad…?! Fine! I was always the wrong one, so I’m unworthy to be anywhere near you! Now please stop trying to care for me! Goodbye!” yelled the woman before leaving with a huff, leaving Zivon speechless on the spot…
