Jeremy picked up the phone. After listening to the other side, he only replied, "Just come over now."

After putting the phone down, Jeremy turned to Yolanda. "Ms. Henderson, a friend of mine will be coming over shortly. He's facing some issues. I believe you can help him. If you can assist him, it will be greatly beneficial to your clinic. My friend is Jude Kaufman, the director of the Medicine Administration."

"What's the matter with him?" Yolanda asked calmly. Since Jeremy mentioned that she could help, she assumed it was likely a health issue concerning Jude or someone in his family.

"About that, he'll explain it when he's here." Jeremy wasn't entirely sure about the details. He only knew that Jude had been particularly distressed recently due to health concerns.

Not long after Jeremy finished speaking, footsteps echoed down the hallway outside the private room. The door was pushed open, and a burly middle-aged man walked in.

"Mr. Kaufman, have a seat! Let me introduce you!" Jeremy enthusiastically stood up to welcome the man in and introduced him to Yolanda and Gavin, "Ms. Henderson, Mr. Savage, this is my friend, Director Jude Kaufman.

"Mr. Kaufman, this is Ms. Yolanda Henderson, and the gentleman next to her is her fiancé, Mr. Gavin Savage."

"Hello!" Jude greeted them. But when he heard Gavin's name, there was a shift in his expression. Instead of looking at Gavin, he sat down beside Jeremy.

"Mr. Kaufman, don't let Ms. Henderson's young age fool you; she's an exceptional doctor! Remember how I was worried about my situation with having children? Ms. Henderson was the one who diagnosed my health issue and treated me."

Jude figured that Jeremy, who was desperate to have children, must have been fooled by Yolanda's smooth-talking in a moment of vulnerability. Still, out of respect for his old friend, he didn't expose what he thought was nonsense.

He had no faith that Yolanda could treat his health issues and had even less hope in her abilities. Instead, he found Gavin sitting beside Yolanda much more intriguing.

If he wasn't mistaken, the only person in Riverdale City whom Jeremy would address as "Mr. Savage" could only be "that" person. He had always heard that Gavin rarely appeared in public due to health reasons, so it was surprising to encounter him here.

What also puzzled him was how the Savage family would allow Gavin to be engaged to someone as unremarkable as Yolanda. Jude's initial impression, which had been shaped by Jeremy's introduction, was that Yolanda was a fraud, which further soured his opinion of her.
