"Mr. Haley, she said our doctors and nurses are unprofessional, and she barged into the emergency room, trying to take the patient away!" Wesley exaggerated to Esteban.

"Where are the security guards? Get them here now!" Esteban stormed into the emergency room with a group of people to block Yolanda and Sharon's way.

Yolanda and Sharon were dressed casually. To Esteban, they looked like a couple of arrogant young ladies without any real background—nothing to be concerned about.

He glared at them condescendingly and asked sternly, "How dare you question the quality of my hospital staff? You'll have to bear the consequences!

"All my doctors and nurses graduated from prestigious schools and are top professionals in Riverdale. You're essentially accusing me, the director, of poor judgment by doubting them. I demand you apologize right now!"

"Accuse?" Sharon shot back angrily, "I'm not accusing you! Your staff is unprofessional and lacks medical ethics. There were no patients in the emergency room, and they all went off to eat.

"I didn't accuse them of disregarding human life. Saying they're unprofessional was already being polite. How is that an accusation? I'm definitely filing a complaint against your hospital!"

With that, Sharon pulled out her phone, seemingly ready to make a complaint call.

"Oh, you think you can file a complaint? You have no idea who you're dealing with!"

Esteban waved his hand, and the security guards who had arrived immediately surrounded Yolanda and Sharon.

"You can complain all you want, but if you don't apologize today, you won't be leaving this place!"

Sharon's expression changed at once. She suddenly remembered it was after office hours. Even if she filed a complaint, it wouldn't be addressed until the next day. Frustrated, she put her phone down.

To Esteban, Yolanda's move was nothing but a provocation. "Hold them down and take them to the security room!"

"Yes, sir!"
