Joe was utterly disappointed in Yolanda. He didn't want to care for what she did anymore.

If Alice's condition worsened because of Yolanda, he would personally send Yolanda back into the juvenile detention center and make sure she stayed in there till she turned a legal age so she wouldn't cause trouble for him all the time.
