Sitting at the desk, Emily tapped the desktop rhythmically with her fingertips, recalling the events of her previous life in her heart. The more she thought, the more angry Emily was. She suddenly took a fist. Emily struggled out of the memory and took a few deep breaths, and stood up.

She walked to the wardrobe and opened the doors of the two cabinets. Looking at the few sets of clothes she brought along, she shook her head. Two days after she arrived at the Smith Mansion in the previous life, the Smith Mansion came to the guests. She put on her favorite clothes, but she was still mocked and scorned.

Franklin gave her thirty thousand dollars every month. Before she came to the Smith Mansion, she only had three hundred every month. The amount of money made her at a loss of what to do, plus the mockery people gave her, she gradually changed and became vain.
