In the bedroom, Sophie turned to Colby, hoping to confirm her suspicions.

"It wasn't Jenna who killed him."

Colby's tone was measured as he began to explain, "Freddie's company was taken over by Jenna. Although he still had the title of CEO, he was basically a puppet with no real power, all thanks to Jenna's scheming. Freddie was drowning in debt due to a project gone wrong, all masterminded by Jenna.
