"Why can't we just start over? Why!" Joseph's eyes were bloodshot with frustration. He was desperate to understand why things had turned out this way.

"Because you've used up all your chances." Gordon's voice cut through the air, reaching Joseph's ears.

James turned around, spotting Sophie pushing Gordon into the room. The moment Joseph saw Gordon, he snapped, "It was you! You've been the one sabotaging me all these years! You Aldridges are all a curse!"

Sophie couldn't help but glance at Gordon, puzzled. Had Gordon really been battling Joseph all this time?

Gordon spoke calmly, "These four gems indeed have miraculous powers, but... all four chances are gone. Thinking you could find this place and hit the reset button was just ridiculous."

"Why? What do you mean all four chances are used up?" Sophie was visibly puzzled.
