"Then why did you choose her?"

Without much thought, James truthfully replied, "She was top of her class at the private girls' school. Burke International wanted to support a few students, and these students weren't chosen at random. We considered multiple factors, ensuring the students were talented, of good character, and had a positive image before we decided to help."

Sophie opened the file, only to see the photo of another girl with a delicate appearance, not Nichole's.

"Where's Reece?"

"Reece is at the company. Due to public opinion, we gave him a few days off."

"Have him come here."

"Alright."

Sophie studied the photo of the girl, then the personal information. It clearly stated that Nichole had a mother, and her parents were divorced.

Sophie then took out Nichole's file from the private girls' school and, upon seeing the personal information at the bottom, she realized that both Nicholes came from the same elementary and middle school.
