Shaking her head, Sophia answered, "Of course not. However, Sealand isn't far from Pinkerton. If Grandma Laura and others miss us, we can invite them to our house. Or I can take you back to Pinkerton."

Bonnie was still too young to understand certain things. Imagining she would have plenty of time to meet them, she nodded with a smile.

Chloe and Helena knew Laura must want to talk to Sophia, so they took Bonnie away.

Sitting next to Sophia, Laura held her hand. "Sophia, I knew you'd marry someone sooner or later, but I never thought you would move to Sealand. If I had known Emma would take you away one day, I wouldn't have let her stay in our house."

Sophia knew she was kidding, so her smile didn't fade.

"Fortunately, Emma is your mother-in-law. Otherwise, I'll be worried about you moving to another city."

Sophia was amused. Giggling, she hugged Laura. "Mom, no one dares to do so. You know Drake will treat me well."

Laura had to admit that they trusted Drake after knowing him for years.

Drake cleared his throat and replied, "Sophia."
