Chapter 664 How thoughtful Sophia Is

Bella interrupted deliberately, "Where can she take you? Given what she has done to you, Mom, I think she is not going to please but to take revenge on you."

The old Mrs. Lawson glared at her, "What are you trying to say? How can you think Sophia is like that? I am her grandmother after all. She's right about one thing that is she loves her granny. Don't think everyone is as mean as you."

Bella was rendered speechless while William said, "Mom, Bella doesn't mean that. We are just asking you to be more careful. You two were in great conflict not long ago. How can she all of a sudden become so nice?"

Thinking carefully, the old Mrs. Lawson had to admit her son's worry was not entirely groundless. However, at this moment, Sophia arrived.

Sophia walked in with a bright smile on her face, "Hello, Grandma, William, and Bella."

Though they hated Sophia, William, and Bella couldn't pick on her perfectly friendly attitude. So, they said with a fake smile, "Oh, here you are, Sophia!"

"It's great to find William and Bella home because I also want to give you presents."

Bella became happy as soon as she heard the word present, "What presents?"

Sophia handed a car key to her uncle and said, "Uncle William, I'm so sorry I didn't think of giving you a present earlier. So, I bought this car in a 4S store 2 days ago. Now it is yours. I hope it can make your travel more easier."

A smile appeared on William's face at once. What could make a man satisfied? A woman and a car. Sometimes, a man will love a car more than a woman. Grabbing the car key, William exclaimed, "Sophia? You prepared this for me?"

"Of course. I would give Aunt Bella a car if she drove. Oh, by the way, this one is for Cathy. I've heard from Grandma that she hasn't gone to work yet. Where is she?" Saying that, Sophia looked around on purpose.

William took the other car key from her, "You can't find her. She has gone to work. I'll keep that for her."

Sophia smiled, "Great. Cathy won't need to commute by taxi. Oh, she can't use her foreign driver license here. I'll call Mia and ask her to prepare a driver license for Cathy."

The old Mrs. Lawson took Sophia's hands and said happily, "Sophia, we have been worried about that for some time. Now you solve it so easily. You really surprise grandma!"

Sophia put the other hand on her grandma's and said, "Grandma, this is my fault. I should've prepared everything when you just came back from abroad. I wish this didn't upset you."

"Of course not!"

Watching the car keys in his hand, William asked anxiously, "Where are the cars, Sophia? Can you show us?"

Sophia nodded, "Let's go."

Following Sophia, the three of them went downstairs. Outside the house were the cars which were exactly the favorite types of William and Cathy respectively.

The old Mrs. Lawson circled around the cars and commented, "Sophia, you have good taste. Will you send Grandma a car as present if I know how to drive?"

When they arrived, Sophia got off the car first, opened the door for her grandma, and helped her out of the car, "Grandma, here is the place that I want to show you."

Several villas are here waiting for them. They stood in front of one of the villas and the old Mrs. Lawson asked confusedly, "Sophia, what is this place?"

"This is where you're going to live!"

Led by Sophia, the old Mrs. Lawson was still at a loss. William and Bella followed them.

"Grandma, though we're one big family and I don't oppose you living with the Rileys, I think it's not good for your health if you live in a crowded environment with too many people," Sophia continued, "But Cathy's house is too small for the four of you so I want you to live in a bigger house. If you don't like living in Pinkerton, you can stay here. If you feel comfortable living here, just call the moving company and settle here."

Bella was the first to walk into the villa which had been well furnished and the style quite pleased her. Therefore, she said, "Mom, this is a good place!"

After checking around carefully, the old Mrs. Lawson nodded, "It's a nice place and even much bigger than our house abroad."

Sophia added, "That house was bought a long time ago. But concerning Grandma's health, I didn't buy another house for you by then because I was afraid that moving was not good for your health. Now that you're back, I will buy you a big one. It's more comfortable to live in."

Bella had somehow walked to her husband and whispered, "How thoughtful Sophia is! Don't you think she is much better than your spoiled daughter? I'm afraid ..."

William dissented, "There's nothing to afraid of. My mom is always partial to Cathy. Do you really think Sophia can win the heart of my mom only because she did such things? Totally nonsense!"
