The Sword Energy that had emerged from the Supremusse Sword struck the ground, causing a massive pit to form. Fortunately, the damage was repaired instantly.

Before James could react, Thornber launched another attack. He leaped into the sky and gently tapped the air. A potent Sword Energy materialized from his fingertips and darted at James.

James charged at the Sword Energy, and a dazzling light burst out from the Supremusse Sword.

The Sword Light was composed of the terrifying Genesis Powers.

The two forces clashed and caused an explosion. A powerful rush of air expanded, blasting both James and Thornber away.

The impact force snaked into James’ arm, causing him a numbing sensation. His Blood Energy was shaken up, and he spat out a mouthful of blood.

After the first confrontation, James could tell Thornber was stronger than him. Even though he had already used many Supernatural Powers to boost his strength, he was still weaker. Fortunately, the disparity in strength was not very wide.

Thornber, on the other hand, was startled. He was not expecting a cultivator from an outside plane to be so powerful despite only being at the Sovereign Sixth Rank.

He chuckled and said, “Impressive. You’re worthy enough for me to go all out. I haven’t had a satisfying fight in a long time, so I hope you don’t disappoint me.”

Thornber’s voice echoed in the arena like rumbling thunder. Then, a golden light with magical inscriptions surrounded his body, allowing his aura to improve drastically.

“Thornber is getting serious.”

“It’s the Zoltrumm Race’s signature skill, the Golden Shield.”

James had used all his strength but could not deal any damage.

Thornber raised his hand and unleashed a wave of terrifying palm force.

James was struck consecutively in just an instant. Although he had an exceptional physical body, his chest was blown apart by the potent force.

“You’re so weak,” Thornber sneered.

“Time to end this.”

Thornber’s voice resonated in the area. Then, a few shadows spread across the arena and unleashed powerful palm forces.

James attempted to dodge, but it was already too late. The palm forces had already sealed the arena’s space. A tremendous pressure crushed down his body, significantly limiting his movement speed. Even though he possessed the Blithe Omnisceince, he couldn't escape. He was left with no choice but to try and block the attacks.
