Mark’s eyebrows knitted up. His eyes were as deep and cold as a cave when he said, "I thought this might happen, but I just didn't think it’d be so soon!"

Hansel asked worriedly, "So what now?"

Mark asked with a sullen face, "Where are they now?"

Hansel analyzed the situation and said, "Felix went out to fend them off, but I reckon that Angiulo’s people won't stop until they find us!"

Mark pursed his lips. His face was extremely handsome when he was deep in thought. After a while, he spoke, "Now, what’s most important is ensuring the safety of Mommy and Gretel. We’ll pacify them first and talk later."

Hansel’s face was solemn as he nodded and said, "Okay, I know. I'll make the arrangements."

After saying that, he walked away.

Mark stood in place, thinking about the solution to the matter. He did not know how far the situation developed, but he had no intention to drag Felix Smith into this mess.

He did not want to owe Felix anymore favors.

After pacifying Lyla and Gretel, Hansel went back to Mark.

"Daddy, it's done!"

Mark nodded.

"Are we going out?"

Mark shook his head and said, "We can’t take the risk to go out not until we have no other options. Once they confirm that Felix helped us, it’ll just get more complicated."

"So what now?"

"Let's see how Felix handles it first," Mark said. Even though he was worried about the current situation, he had to stay calm.

The two of them waited anxiously.

Hansel looked at him and asked, "Daddy, what are you thinking about?"

"Is Angiulo still alive?"

Mark could see Lola's determination. She would not have been so relaxed if nothing happened to Angiulo.

"That means that something happened to Angiulo?"

Mark pursed his lips. He thought about something, then took out his phone and made a call.

"Hey Niel, do me a favor!"

Hansel watched from the side and roughly understood what Mark meant. After Mark hung up, Hansel also made a call.

"Find trouble with Central Alliance!"

After hanging up the phone, Hansel raised his eyes. Mark also happened to look over and the father-son pair smiled at each other.

Hopefully, this would catch them off guard and they would stop pestering Felix.

"Felix, how is it?"
