Right when he was leaving the hospital, he saw a familiar figure walking past him.

With a familiar voice, that woman seemingly complained to the man next to her, "I already said that I'm fine. You don't have to worry to the extent of bringing me to the hospital."

"That won't do. You need to see the doctor when you're not feeling well," he replied.

That man was none other than Alfred.

Trevor snapped back into his senses and hurriedly chased after her. Just when he was about to call out to the woman he had been missing all day and night, his phone suddenly rang.

He took out his phone and saw that it was a call from Martin. While listening, he continued chasing after those two who just left.

"Wait for me, Jessica. Wait for me..." he mumbled in his mind.

However, he stopped when Martin said, "Mr. Gulliford, come back quick! Mr. Bennett is suddenly feeling

unwell. He seems to be in a critical condition!"

Before he could react, he unknowingly turned around and ran back into the hospital.

"Bennett, please be okay! Nothing can happen to you!" Trevor exclaimed internally.

From the window upstairs, Martin breathed a sigh of relief when he saw Trevor turning around.

"That was close!" he thought.

After ten or so seconds, Trevor anxiously entered the ward in a haste.

While catching his breath, he asked, "Bennett, are you okay?"

Bennett who just got out of the restroom was confused. All he did was go to the restroom.

Martin hurriedly changed his statement and explained, "Ah! Mr. Bennett seemed to be wobbling just now. I was too worried, so I gave you a call."

Trevor was finally at ease after seeing that Bennett was fine. He walked toward Bennett and hugged the latter.
