“It’s all so bizarre,” the bodyguard commented, “That woman had been tailing Mr. Remington for days before making her move, right when Ray was on vacation. Even without Hay, Mr. Dashiell can handle himself. It’s strange that she thought she could take him on.” 

Lizetta paused in her tracks, a mocking cold glint flashed through her eyes, her heart sinking deeper with each thought. It turns out the injury was all an act by Remington.

Stepping outside, Yolanda was already waiting for her.
