Caleb’s smile faded. Alice was uncooperative. She crushed the confetti canister and coldly glared at the fans before walking away. 

Caleb dismissed the fans and chased after Alice.“Stop! I said you could go!” His face was grim.“Chloe apologized. I spoke to Brother. They know they were wrong. I gave you an out, and you still want more?” 

“That’s my line. The public doesn’t know Brother was involved. If exposed, your Best Actor. nomination is ruined.” Alice hit a nerve by mentioning his nomination. Caleb’s face turned livid.“Alice, you’re threatening me? You’ve grown rebellious.” Alice stood her ground.“I’m doing this for your own good. Don’t get involved.” 

“I want our family to reconcile. Brother was wrong, and I’ll make him apologize. Tell me what you
