When Daisy kneeled to wipe Galen’s tender little face with a towel, Galen blinked at her, and she couldn't help but laugh.

She tapped his nose and smiled dotingly at him.

"I won't cry!"

He shook his head, remembering what his mother had said.

This made Daisy laugh out loud.

"Yes, you are a little man.You're a superhero! Then, little man, can you get dressed on your own?"

With that, he rushed out of the bathroom and toward his clothes on the bed.

Then she turned to Galen and said, "Slow down.We'll leave once you're done eating."

With that, the mother and son quietly had breakfast while Daisy stood to the side for a moment before silently walking away.

After breakfast, Lily took Galen out.She was driving, and Galen was sitting on a bean child's seat in the back, kicking his feet leisurely."Are we going to Grandpa's house?"

Lily froze for a moment before putting on her seatbelt and looking in the rearview mirror at the little boy.

"How do you know we're going to Grandpa's house?"

She did not remember mentioning it.

"You're driving,””" he said casually, turning his head.

Lily was surprised. It was true.

Every time she went to Dominic's place, especially with Galen, she would drive herself.
