Chapter 1637 novel Spoiled by Mr. Russell

"Don't cry." The man gently held Olivia’s hand as he pulled it away from his lips. His voice was as warm and as calm as ever. "I'm back, aren't I?"

Olivia immediately opened her arms and hugged him from behind, sobbing.

'Yes! He's back! He's finally back!'

After months of worrying, he had finally returned to her side. She should be delighted, but her heart felt heavy. She was so distraught that all she could do was hug him and cry.

Edward turned around slowly and brushed his palm across her cheeks, touching her eyebrow and then lips. "Have you not met Alexander?"

"I don't know where he is." Olivia shook her head, bursting into tears again. "You said he has returned, but I haven't heard any news about it. The Russell family seems to know nothing.

“Recently, there has been some turmoil within La Beaute Group, saying that something had happened to him abroad. However, the higher-ups seemed to be suppressing the news, so everything is kept at bay now."

"What about Lily?" He asked again."

"Lily… I don't know what she's been up to these days. She doesn't answer her phone, and the last time I asked her…"

"What did you ask her?" Edward’s grip on Olivia’s chin tightened as he lifted her face slightly. He was looking at her somewhat angrily. "Didn't I tell you not to say anything?!"

"I didn't…" Olivia was astounded. She had rarely seen him so irritated before and began to panic. "I just asked if, one day, I stood on the opposite side of Mr. Russell, whose side would she be on?"
