When Maddie heard Putnam complimenting Stephanie, she happily looked at Stephanie and said, "I also think Steph's cooking is delicious... If you have time later, teach me, I'm really interested in cooking!"

Stephanie and Gillian smiled at each other, thought:

Are you really interested in cooking? Or are you just interested in Putnam?
