Chapter 17 Ainsley Gets the House Back

Cason’s reaction gave everyone a fright. That man hesitated and explained, “Not long after Kaliyah left, Cason, didn’t you become depressed for a long time because of Kaliyah? The higher–ups of the company all had complaints about you till several projects came up. I heard from my father that several of them were acquired by Ainsley as your wife. She was afraid that you would be unhappy, so Ainsley never said it.”

Ainsley did not have a high education, and she did not understand these things. She also used the identity of “Mrs. Baldry“, which Cason hated the most. Even if Ainsley got those projects, she was afraid that Cason would not accept them, so she chose to hide them from him.

Cason was unaware of it until three years later.

Cason sat in the shadows, his eyes passing over her expression today. His heart suddenly throbbed painfully.

That night, when Cason arrived home, Kaliyah was sitting on the sofa and talking to Lindsay. They were happy and harmonious, looking very intimate.

Seeing him return, Lindsay greeted him warmly, “Cason, come here. I am discussing the wedding with Kaliyah. Kaliyah said that many people are now having traditional weddings…”

“Okay. You guys chat. I won’t disturb you.”

Lindsay smiled and went upstairs. The smell of alcohol on Cason’s body was a little heavy. The housekeeper poured tea for him and left. Cason took a sip of tea before looking at Kaliyah. He hesitated for a while. “Kaliyah, how about I buy your parents a house?”

Kaliyah was stunned. She sat down next to him and bit her lip, feeling a little embarrassed. “I’m sorry, Cason, I didn’t know that the house belonged to Ms. Easton, which caused a misunderstanding. It was just that Lindsay and my parents were unhappy because of this matter. If they moved out now, they would be unhappy and would misunderstand you and Ms. Easton.”

Her eyes reddened. Cason looked at her jade–like skin, and her slightly wet eyes looked more and

more delicate.

His heart softened and he pulled her into his arms. Cason said gently, “What about a few days

later? Ainsley won’t mind.”

Kaliyah nodded meekly, but her eyes were dark and unclear.

However, Kaliyah did not expect that before Cason took the initiative to mention the house, Ainsley

directly slapped Kaliyah in the face.

After discussing the price with Roman, Ainsley went to see the house. It was upstairs in Serina’s house. The house was decorated very well. Ainsley only needed to move in and buy some supplies.

When Ainsley finished moving home and went to apply for her job, she received a call from the notary office. The real estate properties that Cason had given her had all been under her name.

After getting the documents, she called the security department.

After a while, the security guards knocked on the door of the villa and drove Kaliyah’s parents out of the house.

Becky looked at the security guards incredulously. “What do you mean? Why did you kick us out?”

The security guards were impatient. “Sorry, this is the owner’s intention. If the two of you don’t leave, we will call the police.”
