Shawn paced around, wondering what was keeping her waiting, he knew her arrival time as well as her departure time even though most of the time when she left for work he was still in his room sleeping he wasn't really an early morning person, but despite all that he still knew when she left for work but just pretended to be asleep so as not to bother her, he would always stare at her through the open doorway as she walked to the entrance door and sometimes he will lean against his door waiting to hear her walking close to his room door to check on him, she will stand by the door but will never knock or come into the room so as not to disturb his sleep, sometimes when she assumed that he was asleep he was fully awake and was waiting for her to come into the room but that never happened.

When he took up his mobile phone and tried to call her up the door opened, and I walked into the room, locking eyes with him she wondered what he was doing standing there like that.

“What are you doing?” she arched up her brow wondering why he was standing very close to the door, anxiety dwelt on his face.

“Nothing I was waiting for you so that we could talk, you seem to have gotten off from work very late today”

“I had a lot to do at the office, calls coming in, files to arrange lot more you know, so I couldn't just leave it and come rushing back home I had to work overtime”

“Not all the time, sometimes you just have to come back home and rest, you work more than everyone else in that office, you don't have to tell me I just know”

“We can talk now, I am right here”

Shawn nodded his head, raking his hand through his hair, he studied the lines on her face. I wondered if something had happened at the office or if it was about their conversation in the morning.

“I think you already know, don't you feel it?”

“ Feel what?”

“The attraction, the Bond, it's like a moth to a flame. I have been feeling it ever since I met you it's getting stronger and overwhelming, sometimes I can't even control it, tell me do you feel it? I know you do”

She looked at him quizzically, he was telling the truth, when he mentioned this in the morning she thought he was only goofing around, she never thought he was serious, but now that he brought it up again she realized that he was serious and was not playing around when he said that the attraction was getting stronger and so was the bond between them. Hannah felt bad she had been living with him for so long and they'd been together all the time even while they were back in their small town, but she never felt anything, the destined attraction was something that she didn't know how it felt and has hoped for it, but why it was right in front of her she could not even tell which only means that they weren't mates she thought.
