Shawn looked at her as she sat down and was eating, he moved towards her slowly and reclined back in his seat hoping that she would not feel uncomfortable now that he was going to be eating with her. but then she did not bother to glance at him and that broke his heart. he knew she was having a hard time as well but then, he wished that she would not be this way and make it seem as though it was all his fault, he was already feeling guilty it had consumed him.

“ You don't know how much I wanted to take back every word I said to you about my family I'm back. I'm sorry, I know it looks as though I was leading you on, but it was never my intention, all I did was tell the truth that I thought was the truth, but I was surprised that it wasn't and now you're not happy”

“ What I feel has nothing to do with you, don't beat yourself up it was meant to happen from someone who has a very Shady past and an illegitimate daughter at that”

“ You shouldn't say that” he was not happy that she always referred to herself as an illegitimate child. She shouldn’t beat herself up about the substitute marriage something she was not the one who had proposed first, and it had to do with her mother so she was going to listen to The Proposal and accept it. Anyone in her shoes would want to do the same thing as well, it would only take someone who had no heart to refuse such a request that might save the mother.

“ Why? That is the truth I am not the real daughter of my father and if he had accepted me and not turned me into an illegitimate child then maybe your parents would have as well accepted me and that would be a problem for your entire Pack. I have never accepted that I will be legitimate and, to be honest, I hope I wasn't, so many times I had never seen a problem with it, and other times I have seen a big deal with it, I have always regretted it, but right now I am greatly disturbed over it, I wish that the moon goddess will just take away that pain from me but it wasn't so easy at all”

Staring into his eyes, he stared right back into my eyes and smiled hoping that she was not going to be that way all the time but then, it was already too late, she was not happy at all, the only reason why she sat down on the dining table was that she could not afford to go hungry all through her stay here, she will lose her strength and get weak so easily.

“ You haven't touched your food” she had to admit

“ I have been eating just don't have the appetite that much”

“ Same as me, I don't have the appetite that much to even stomach anything, but then what can I do? there is nothing more for me to do than look at you and feel guilty all the time”
