Rosie and Jessica sat in the back row. Rosie shook her legs and looked up at Jessica. "Auntie Jessica, did my mother ask you to accompany me, a poor girl who was left alone?"

"I have yours. Your number is even ahead of Uncle Carl's." Rosie said with an ingratiating smile.
