When I was in highschool, I was pretty popular. Most people think it's because of the way I dress. Others say it's the way I act, talk, and communicate with people. But I say, I've always had a shitty reputation. Right at a young age, I've always loved sex. A good sex to be precise. And when I see a good opportunity at getting fucked real good, trust me I don't say no. At 17, I got involved with my AP biology teacher right in his office as we fucked. Luckily we didn't get caught and well he got fired for getting involved with this sixteen years old sophomore. He was a dirtbag.
A few weeks ago, I received a message on Facebook from one of my childhood friends. We attended the same highschool, we were pretty close, and we stormed almost every party back in highschool. Sometimes we'd sneak into clubs with our fake IDs. She was literally my best friend. Her name was Shania. Well, Shania texted me on Facebook and we talked about highschool and our past lives. The minute I got into college, I lost a lot of my friends, including Shania. It started off with mere phone calls, to a few text messages, until we finally stopped talking entirely. For years, we didn't communicate until a few weeks ago.
During our Facebook chat and talking about old times, she told me she was getting married this summer and she wanted me to come as her special guest. And that means driving from college to my hometown and I'm talking about a three hours drive. I don't even remember the last time I visited home. I didn't feel like going, but Shania was once a special person in my life and I felt like it was right to just attend her marriage even if that means visiting my parents.
I packed the necessary things I'll need for the weekend as I started my three hours drive that Friday afternoon. About an hour drive later, Shania called me and asked me if I was still coming. I told her yes, and that I was pretty close. As I hummed to the music playing from the radio, I thought about what I was gonna say to Shania. It's not like we fought. I guess we just got bored of each other's attitude the minute the other got into university.
I grabbed my phone to check the map to my hometown and I was one hour away from arriving at my town. I stopped to get snacks on the way as I continued driving again. I texted Shania through her mobile number that I was close. In less than 48 minutes I should be arriving. I arrived at this little town that's not too far from my town when Suddenly, I heard a loud bang as my car slowed to a stop.
" Shit." I cursed as I parked the car. I tried to start my car and it didn't work. I turned on the ignition again and it just didn't start.
" Great. I'm stranded, just when I'm close. Reasons I don't like attending wedding parties from highschool friends." I muttered to myself as I stepped out of the car, angrily shutting the door behind me hard.
I looked around the unfamiliar neighborhood as I sighed. I surveyed my car and that was when I knew I had a flat tyre. A flat fucking tyre! I pulled out my phone to check the time and it was 5pm in the evening. Where the hell am I supposed to get a mechanic from?
" You need help?" Someone asked me. It was a man.
" Yeah. I got a flat tyre."
" Oh shit. That's really bad." He said as he glanced at the two flat tyres.
" Yeah. Is there a mechanic shop around here? I really need to get this fixed before nightfall."
" I can help you get it towed there."
I happily said my thanks to this stranger and later I got my car towed to the mechanic. The stranger, whose name was Jerry, told me there was a bar around the corner and I could just stop by to get a drink while my car got fixed. I said another thank you to him and headed to this bar. It's not that far from the mechanic.
While in the bar, I ordered a glass of martini as I drank. To keep my brain and hands occupied, I scroll through Shania's Facebook timeline and look through her photos with her supposed husband. He's also young, probably in his late twenties or early thirties. And hell, he was a fine one. I bit my lip as I stared at a photo of just him, shirtless, in just his swimming trunks as he lay on the sand in a beach.
" Cathy?" Someone called my name. I quickly locked the screen of my phone as I stared at his man.
Shit.
" Jim? What?" I giggled as we hugged each other.
Jim and I weren't all that close friends. He was in my chemistry class during sophomore year. He was pretty hot and we would study together. We even exchanged numbers then and we would talk on the phone. That was how we hit it off. It turned out Jim liked me as much as I liked him too. We fucked once, it was good, so we did it again. After the third time, I didn't see him again until today.
During those times when he was absent both at school and in my life, I didn't bother to contact him and he didn't try either. Except for this weird email I got from Jimmysan@gmail seven months ago, asking me how I was doing and that it's been long since we talked. I didn't reply to the email, because then I didn't know it was Jim from my class. And seeing him again just reminded me that he truly sent me an email and I didn't reply to it.
Jimmy bought me another drink and we talked about our lives. I asked him why he just disappeared two years ago and he told me he quitted college to go to military school. I took my time to admire him and God he looked different. He looks more sexy, super attractive, and damn, he's hot. Hotter than I remembered. I bet the military training did pay off.
He asked me what I was doing here and I told him about my flat tyres and the marriage I was supposed to attend tomorrow Saturday. Jim and I talked about different things and he even flirted with me during our conversations.
