Liam's P.O.V

I opened my eyes to the sight of a beautiful angel beside me. She looked so calm and peaceful.

I heard someone opening the door quietly. It was Mason. she didn't know I picked him up from her grandma's place.

Yeah, you're probably wondering how I knew. Ever since i marked her I've been able to read her thoughts.

I found out she's been worried about him and how to go pick him up so I decided to do it myself

''Where's kit kat?'' he asked

I pointed to her. He giggled and tip toed to her on the bed and..........

Kathy woke up

''What the fudge????'' she screamed

''Aww fudge isn't a swearing word princess''

''You-you let him lick my face!!''

Mason and I were laughing, he was so cute and adorable that it hurt to look at him.

''How did he get here?'' she asked surprised

''Its a secret. Right buddy?"

"Yes!" Mason squealed

Mason high fived me while Kathy glared at him

''uh oh, kitty's gonna kill me''

He ran out of the room laughing. I shook my head. How I love children. They were so unbothered and carefree.

I stood up and held out my hand for her to take

''Come on" I told her "let’s go downstairs''

Kathy's P.O.V

Liam and I entered the living room. I noticed a lady talking to someone. From her back view I could see that she had pretty blonde hair. I couldn't see her face.

''Aunt Melissa'' Liam squealed

''Hey'' she said

He ran to hug her. I could tell she was beautiful from her side view

''Aunt this is my mate Kathy. Kathy this is my god mother Melissa"

I came forward. I was excited to meet Liam's family member.

''its nice to meet you'" I politely said

She turned around. When I saw her my eyes widened. Tears started flowing as many memories came flooding back. She looked astonished too

I couldn't believe my eyes. No. It can't be. She's dead. How on earth could this be possible?

"Mom?''

I can't believe what's happening now. This woman standing here is the reason why my life is like this

She's the reason why my father hates and loathes me

''Kathy, I will spank you if you don't shut up''

My mum and I were in the kitchen arguing. I was meant to go for a party but she won’t let me

''Don't question me. I have a bad feeling about this. I hear all sorts of bad stories about those wayward kids at your school"

''Mom please, this is my chance to be popular''

''B-b-but you're dead'' I stuttered

''Honey i wasn't" '

''Explain how you're still alive''

She sighed

'My friend came to warn me about the explosion, that's why you heard me calling your name. I ran out''

''But we saw your body, it was burnt''

''She told me to go that she'll call you out but I guess she didn't make it in time'. I tried coming back but your father wouldn't let me. I was a disgrace for giving birth to a female child. That was his only chance to get rid of me for good"

Liam stood there looking confused as hell. I don't blame him. He doesn't know what's going on

''You knew dad was hurting me didn't you?''

She was silent.

"And you've been alive all this time yet you didn't do anything about it!" I cried

This was a lot to take in. I felt the world spinning around me. There was a pain in my chest
