-HER-
We remain silent outside the cell, holding our breaths as we wait and listen.
"DON'T TOUCH ME!" Tiffany is screaming next but she soon falls silent upon receiving a low, threatening growl from the lycan. We hear something click before Tiffany is finally walking out.
Her hands are tied behind her back and her eyes are red from crying while her face resembles that of a ghost.
"THIS IS HAPPENING ALL BECAUSE OF YOU!" She screeches as soon as her eyes fall on me. At this, one of the lycans steps behind her and simply puts his hand on the back of her neck. She falls silent instantly and turns paler.
I chose not to say anything yet but only watch her in her miserable state. To some extent, it satisfies me but at the same time, it makes my blood run cold every time I think of all the things she'd have to face in that horrible place. Next, she is being dragged out of the corridor to the lift. She sobs as she gets into the lift with the lycans.
"You'll pay for this," She grits at me lowly when I step beside her in the lift. One of the lycans growls in warning as the lift door closes. I remain completely silent and watch her as she slowly starts to lose her mind.
When we reach the surface Tiffany's father is already waiting for us there.
"You cannot take her away like this!" Her father dares to growl at the Lycan who's holding Tiffany. The lycan growls back at her father, but more viciously. Before he could do anything further, the third lycan steps in between them.
"You can come with her if you want," The third lycan offers bit smugly as he steps closer to Tiffany's father. Terror climbs on his face instantly before he takes several steps back.
"Dad!" Tiffany sobs out loud but her father could do nothing but watch the lycans with helplessly with fear. Their presence is enough to make anyone freeze with terror. Before they could take her away, I finally decide to talk to her for the last time.
"Goodbye, Tiffany," I try to sound as polite as the situation allows me, "I hope I never see you again,"
"Bitch!" She shouts but before I could react to it, one of the lycans punches her straight in her face. I gasp and stagger back slightly. They are way faster than werewolves.
Her nose is bloody when she looks up me.
"Apologize to my mate, Tiffany!" Jake demands grimly. He looks very eerily calm but I don't miss how that single muscle in his jaw is ticking like a timebomb.
"Never!" She spits at him. Before the same lycan could punch her again, Jake stops him and speaks to her with the same eerie calm, "If you don't want to go to Bircilla with a bloody face then apologize to my mate,"
Tiffany growls at me but she speaks with shaking terror anyway, "Sorry," With that, she is being dragged away. Her father's left behind, sobbing but he still has the audacity to threaten us, "I will not let you get away with this,"
"I am throwing you out of the pack tonight," Jake tells him. Without waiting for his reply, he takes me away.
