Leda looked at her defensive expression and chuckled lightly, “No biggie. Actually, I’ve been wanting to have a real talk with you” 

Leda blurted out, “I want to talk about Isaac.” 

“What’s there to talk about between us? Isaac is engaged to Shona now. You coming to me can’t change that.” 

Ironically, she was very much into Isaac. But then she could calmly talk about his engagement, like discussing the weather, without a flicker of emotion. 

“Yeah, he’s indeed at the engagement party”
