The results were in within two hours. 

The doctor personally delivered the report. 

Yuri, trembling, opened the document. 

After just one glance, his eyes welled up with tears, and after a long pause, he embraced Brittany. “My dear girl, I’ve finally found you.” 

Brittany, held in his arms, felt her mind whirl with confusion. She wanted to push Yuri away, but his embrace was warm, just like she’d imagined a father’s would be. 

Leaving the testing center, Yuri calmed down from his earlier excitement. “Darling, come home with me. From now on, your dad’s got your back.”
