"Hmph, that's what you get for making fun of me!" Hertha rolled her eyes at him, spun around, and dashed towards where her wig had fallen.

Without the wig to hide behind, she felt more than just the chill on her scalp; her whole spine was shivering. It was as if she was a clown being watched by everyone.

Thinking about it made her scalp feel even cooler and her embarrassment grew, prompting her to quicken her steps towards her wig.

Alaric snapped out of his daze. Seeing Hertha go to pick up her wig, he quickly followed her.

Turning around, she snapped at Alaric, "You think I wanted to shave my head? The doctor had to do it after my head was injured during the car accident!"
