Shaking her head, Thalassa said, "I don't know. He seems pretty happy with Rosalind now. I'm not about to make the same mistake twice."

"Right. You need to stand your ground, Thalassa. Don't let Lysander charm you back into his life. You've finally found your freedom; don't get sucked back into his world. Remember, the moment things got rough, he was quick to kick you out of Royal Estates."

Keeping herself grounded was one thing, but ensuring Thalassa remained clear-headed was another. Both sisters seemed to have more than their fair share of romantic turmoil.

Their conversation was interrupted as Donovan approached.

Spotting Donovan, she quickly slid back to her workstation.

Donovan glanced at them and said, "Prepare yourselves, we have visitors from the Crawley Group and the Sinclair Group coming over for a tour at noon. You two will be in charge of hosting them."

"Why us?" she couldn't help but ask.

It didn't seem like hosting visitors from the Crawley Group and the Sinclair Group had anything to do with them directly.
