'Lightning, where have you been?' Tim said looking at me. "I've been asleep Tim." I said him. He nodded his wolf head. 'I miss you Lightning. Everyone does, even Zach.' I let go of them and looked up to see Zach angry. "Zach." I said walking to him, but he backed away.

"Don't touch me." He said to me. "Why?" I asked confused. "Why don't I love you anymore?" He said looking up and he had tears running down. "Let's go back to your house." He nodded and walked off. I turned to Lucas. "Follow." He bowed and we started walking back with Lilly holding my hand.

'Tim, why is Zach mad?' I asked him.

'Well, everyone thought you were dead. See today when he went out for a run. He had this pain, like when mates get rejected or they mate to another person. Well, he thought you were dead and the mating bond was broken also he thought you also mated to another person if you surived from Marcus stabbing you. Tell me you didn't mated to another person.' I shook my head.

'No, but I did do something to the bond. I had no choice.' I said to Tim. Tim was silent all the way home. As we made it I turned to Lucas. "Stay outside." I said to him. He bowed and stood watch. As I entered, I smelt food. "Zach your back early." Star said making her way into the living room. She stopped when she saw me.

"Who's this?" Star asked. Soon enough John came in and put a hand over her shoulder protectively. Zach was about to say who I was, but I spoke. "Star, John. It's been awhile." I said to them both. Their shock faces lit up with joy and Star started crying. "Lightning, what happened to you?" John said looking disbelief. "Let's sit, then I'll tell my story." They all nodded.

As everyone sat Mike and Brandon came into the room. "Mike, Brandon please sit." They gave me a look and looked at John." He nodded and they sat. "Do we know you?" Mike and Brandon asked at the same time. "Yes. I'm back from the dead." They both look at each other and shock took place. "LIGHTNING!" They both got up and hugged me tight. They sat back down and waited till I spoke.
