"Aunt Clarisse, will you help me or not? I don't want to see this woman anymore. You have to get Charles or Uncle Mateo to kick her out of Collosus Group," Janet blurted out when she saw that Clarisse was still silent.

"What do you want?" Clarisse gritted her teeth, never imagining that she would be threatened by a mere secretary.

"I don't want anything. I'm just a secretary. I don't have the courage to oppose you or Ms. Baker. But you're smart. Surely, you can guess why I feel bold enough to speak like this?"

Becky rubbed her reddened cheek. "I've been gone for too long already. The main event of the year-end banquet is coming up. If I'm not there, not only will Mr. Hoffman be suspicious, but everyone at Collosus Group will notice as well. Madam—"
