"Alright!" Annie agreed readily. After Winter and Xavier had walked far away enough, a few others approached Annie and began chatting. "I heard that Noelle and Winter never got along since they were kids. Seems like there's a story there!"

"Do you remember what happened a few months ago during Winter's engagement party? Noelle caused quite a scene, claiming that the sisters were fighting over the same man. It even made the news."

"Really? I didn't know about that."

"Annie, do you know any details?"

"Why do we need details? Let's just follow them and see what's going on! I have a feeling something interesting is about to happen!"

The group chatted amongst themselves, and soon, they all decided to follow along. Annie was the last to move.

She quickly called Noelle, asking where she was and whether she had already left.

At that moment, Noelle was in the restroom. She had initially planned to leave, but after reconsidering, she felt too unwilling to go. She wanted to see exactly what Winter had planned.

If Winter had indeed called in the paparazzi, Noelle would be left with no sisterly affection for her.

Annie felt relieved when Noelle assured her she was safe. She no longer harbored any jealousy toward Noelle. She just wanted to complete this task and be spared from Charles. Afterward, she intended to start anew and stop harming others.

Winter glanced back at Xavier. "Maybe Noelle fell asleep?"

Winter knocked again, but this time, muffled sounds came from within—low, hoarse grunts from a man and moans from a woman.

Both Winter and Xavier were adults. They recognized those sounds instantly, especially since the woman's moans were so loud.
