Of the Noveldrama stories I have ever read, perhaps the most impressive one is The Cherished Wife. The story is too good, leaving me with many doubts. Currently, the manga has been translated to Chapter 472. Let's read the author's The Cherished Wife Noveldrama story right here.
"Worried about what?" Peter raised an eyebrow. "That she might come back?"
Sean nodded solemnly. "You know how much drama there was and how it changed Charles for the worse." The memories still tugged at Sean's heartstrings. "Everyone had such high hopes back then."
While Sean was talking, he noticed Peter staring off toward the kitchen, lost in thought. "What's on your mind?"
"I've got a feeling you're wrong about that," Peter said with a smirk. "Noelle's not like that other woman, and Charles isn't as hung up on her as you think. I don't see her as a real threat."
Sean shook his head, unconvinced. "We'll see. I've got a bad feeling about it. Unless she's gone for good, I'm not holding my breath... But I've got to admit, Noelle's a good match for him. Ever since they got together, he's been a different guy."
Sean liked Noelle after their few interactions. She seemed genuine and had no hidden agendas from the start with Charles.
Peter's expression turned serious. "You shouldn't be worrying about this stuff." He paused, then added, "But..."
"But what?" Sean asked, curious. "Are you worried too?"
Peter shook his head. "You wanted her background checked. I've found some leads," he said, rubbing his forehead thoughtfully.
"Yeah, that's been bugging me too. For now, we've just gotta keep digging." Peter replied, "I haven't told Charles yet. I'll fill him in once I've got the full picture."
Just then, the doorbell echoed from outside. Noelle dashed from the kitchen, only to find Sean already on his way to the door. "Noelle, I've got the door. You do your thing!"
"Sure thing." Noelle flashed a smile, then turned to see Peter approaching. "Need a hand?"
Noelle paused, a bit taken aback. "Oh, no, I've got it. But thanks!"
