"Is that so?" uttered Corinne curtly. She was not interested in what he was doing there, so she did not continue the conversation any further. Instead, she picked up her cup to drink the free coffee provided by the homestay.

Jason shook his head. "Nope, you can't even have a little. Drink some water if you're thirsty. Best to avoid tea and coffee if you can help it."
